At Capital Acquisition, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are custom-made digital content, we offer a limited refund policy.

Digital Deliverables

All of our plans include custom, ready-to-use marketing and copywriting content delivered digitally. Once the deliverables have been sent to you, refunds are generally not possible, as the work is tailored to your business.

When Refunds Are Considered:

 If you cancel your subscription before we start working on your deliverables for the month.
  If we fail to deliver the promised deliverables as per your plan within the agreed timeframe.

How to Request a Refund:

within 3 days of receiving your deliverables.

We aim to resolve all issues promptly and fairly.

Cancelation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you won’t be charged for the next billing cycle, but no refunds are issued for the current billing period once work has begun.
